WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Are you a passionate and motivated person? Then join our Business Reporting team as a Junior Controller. This position offers you the opportunity to develop your skills in the areas of Cost Center Accounting, Cost Charging, Product Costing or Project Accounting.

 

  • Embark on Financial Analysis: Engage in management accounting activities to provide strategic financial insights and support informed decision-making.
  • We like it well-founded: Collaborate with controlling units to find effective solutions for strategic decision-making. 
  • You help to get things moving: work with SAP data, ensure accuracy and handle month-end-closings successfully. 
  • Achieve more together: Bring expertise to defined areas of competence, supporting internal and global projects.
  • We love new things: Identify process, report, and system enhancement opportunities; drive harmonization and automation.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • successfully completed studies in the field of business & economics or able to think outside the box with high willingness to learn
  • first professional experience in accounting or controlling, e.g. in the context of internships
  • strong IT affinity and interest in digitalization; ideally initial experience with  SAP R/3, FI and CO or SAP S/4HANA
  • fluent communication skills in English and German, other European languages are an advantage

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 40.000 - 46.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience - In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success 
  • 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options
  • Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs
  • Location-independent working models with defined days of presence in Berlin and residence in Germany – here a first impression
  • Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks
