Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of english-jobs.com, including job discovery, job alerts, account features, matching, application-support tools, employer intake forms, and paid digital service plans.
By using the site, creating an account, submitting a form, uploading a CV, or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts
You may create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, abuse the service, or interfere with other users.
Service description
english-jobs.com helps candidates discover English-speaking jobs and related resources. The site may include job listings, company pages, location pages, alerts, matching, CV upload, application-support features, editorial resources, and paid plans.
Job listings may come from public employer pages, authorized employer sources, partner feeds, or other lawful sources. We aim to keep listings accurate and current, but employers may change or remove jobs without notice.
No employment, legal, tax, or immigration advice
Content on english-jobs.com is informational. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, visa approvals, salary outcomes, relocation outcomes, or employer decisions. Visa, tax, employment, and legal information should be checked with qualified professionals or official sources before you rely on it.
User content and profile information
You may submit information such as profile details, job preferences, CV files, employer intake details, messages, feedback, and other materials.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, analyze, and use that content as needed to provide the service you request, including matching, alerts, support, and application workflows. CV-to-AI processing requires the separate consent described in the Privacy Policy.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, abusive, or that you do not have permission to provide.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- scrape, crawl, copy, or republish the service at scale without permission;
- interfere with security, availability, or integrity of the service;
- upload malware or harmful code;
- misrepresent your identity, employer status, or authorization;
- use the service to spam, harass, discriminate, or defraud;
- reverse engineer non-public parts of the service except where law allows.
Paid plans and subscriptions
We may offer paid plans, including subscriptions. Prices, billing intervals, included features, taxes, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout or on the relevant pricing page.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. By purchasing a plan, you authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges.
Unless a free trial is expressly offered on the checkout page or in a separate written promotion, paid plans do not include a free trial.
Consumer withdrawal rights for EU consumers
If you are an EU consumer, you may have statutory Consumer withdrawal rights for distance contracts. For paid digital services, you may lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins if:
- you expressly agree that we may begin providing the digital service before the withdrawal period expires;
- you acknowledge that beginning performance means losing the withdrawal right for the digital service; and
- applicable consumer law permits that waiver.
Checkout or account flows for immediate access to paid digital service features must collect this immediate-access acknowledgement before access starts.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past charges.
Refunds may be granted where required by law or where we decide, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate. Mandatory consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
Promotions
We may offer discounts, promotions, contests, or similar campaigns. Additional terms may apply. If campaign-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the campaign-specific terms control for that campaign.
Our intellectual property
The english-jobs.com name, domain, logo, visual design, software, database structure, page layouts, editorial content, and other original materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, or use our brand assets except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Feedback
If you send feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction and without compensation or credit, unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.
Third-party services and links
The service may link to employer sites, payment processors, authentication providers, analytics providers, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or decisions.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete accuracy of job listings, or that every job is still open when you view it.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, job opportunities, or employment outcomes.
Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose, or EUR 100 if you did not pay us.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or if we discontinue a feature.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, consumer rights, and dispute provisions, will survive.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Breakout Consultancy Private Limited, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
Where mandatory consumer law grants you access to local courts or supervisory bodies, those rights remain available.
Changes
We may update these Terms when the service, pricing, legal requirements, or business model changes. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
