Job description
At Statista, we’re all about facts and data, for we are the world's leading business data platform. By providing reliable and easy-to-use data as well as various data analytics products and services, we empower people worldwide to make fact-based decisions.
Founded in Hamburg in 2007, we have quickly grown into a global company with offices in major cities such as London, New York, Berlin and Tokyo. And we still have a lot of plans. Our constant growth does not only prove our success, but also keeps creating new development and career opportunities for our employees.
We value and celebrate our diverse culture. You are welcome here for who you are, no matter where you come from, what you look like, or whether you prefer bar graphs to pie charts. Your story matters – keep writing it as part of our team.
Are you ready to join us?
About the role
We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience who is ready to take on revenue operations challenges and bring a practical AI mindset to every engagement. You will configure and optimize core Salesforce workflows — spanning CPQ, billing, approvals, and cross-system integrations — while using AI tooling to deliver faster, document better, and surface smarter insights.
What you'll do
Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support deal lifecycle, pricing, and billing workflows
Design approval workflows, Flow automations, and validation rules aligned to business-tier logic and SLA requirements
Architect and document data flows between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, billing platforms, and subscription management tools)
Use AI tools (e.g. Einstein, Agentforce, or third-party LLM integrations) to enhance forecasting, opportunity scoring, and automated content generation within Salesforce
Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specs, and solution designs; facilitate stakeholder workshops and UAT
Leverage AI-assisted development (prompt engineering, LLM-generated documentation, AI code review) to improve delivery speed and quality
What you'll bring
Salesforce expertise
3–5 years configuring Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud); Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification preferred.
Solid command of Flow Builder, picklist management, custom objects, and approval process design
Working knowledge of Salesforce data model, SOQL basics, and API-level integrations
Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, write user stories, and manage solution delivery end-to-end
AI skills
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein features (Einstein GPT, Einstein Analytics, or Agentforce) or comparable AI-in-CRM tools
Practical use of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for documentation, requirements drafting, or delivery acceleration
Understanding of AI concepts (prompt engineering, RAG, agents) sufficient to evaluate and scope AI-augmented Salesforce features
Nice to have
Experience with subscription billing platforms (e.g. Keylight) and ERP sync patterns
Apex or LWC development background
Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist certification
What we offer
In addition to our great team, culture, and our shared goal of empowering people with data, there are many other things that make Statista a great place to work! Join us and benefit from:
Work from abroad up to 30 calendar days a year
Hybrid work and flex-time
