We’re looking for a Workplace Manager to join our People team in Berlin.

Job Requirements

  • You are fluent in English (both written and spoken); German is a strong plus

  • You have proven experience in Office Management, as an HR/People Assistant, or in a similar employee-facing role

  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented - nothing slips through the cracks, and you take pride in getting the small things right

  • You bring a strong service mindset and genuinely care about creating a great experience for others

  • You excel at managing multiple priorities, staying on top of tasks, and keeping things running smoothly in a dynamic environment

  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams

  • You are proactive and hands-on, with a natural sense of ownership and accountability

  • You bring creativity and enthusiasm for continuously improving the employee experience at JustPlay

Job Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, supplies, and external service providers (cleaning, catering, building administrator etc.) - ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently

  • Act quickly and proactively on office and facility needs, maintaining a high-quality working environment at all times

  • Coordinate closely with our outsourced IT team to ensure a seamless “plug-and-play” experience for both onsite and remote employees, continuously improving collaboration

  • Manage and optimize a smooth daily lunch offering (catering), ensuring a great experience for our team

  • Prepare everything new joiners need ahead of their first day, creating a welcoming and smooth onboarding experience

  • Support travel arrangements for our global team when visiting the Berlin office

  • Partner with the People team to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

  • Support the planning and execution of company-wide offsites and team events
