Senior Fund Controller PE

Aufgaben

Responsible for controlling of fund operations of private equity funds, including accounting, investor and financial reporting, audit coordination, cash management, and fee calculations / Analysis of financial data at portfolio and fund level and monitoring capital calls, distributions, and credit facility management / Monitoring funding requirements and overseeing fund’s liquidity / Responsible for validation / Responsible for reviewing fund reporting and ensuring high quality and that reports are submitted accurately and on time, and that deadlines are met, including the reports for the senior management / Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders e.g. internal stakeholders or auditors, investors, fund managers and administrators / Develop effective collaboration across the departments / Ensuring data reconciliation, high data quality and transparent and reliable financial information / Contribute to change initiatives, operational projects, system enhancements and digitization initiatives / Support and coach colleagues / Ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Banking and Finance or Business Administration with a specialisation in Accounting / CPA, CA or ACCA certification as an advantage / Professional experience in asset management at a bank, with fund managers or at one of the ‘Big Four’ audit firms, with a focus on private equity funds / Strong interest in fund accounting, financial reporting and private equity structures / Analytical personality with a team- and service-oriented approach, as well as an interest in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders / Interest in a structured, independent way of working / IT skills, particularly in using banking software and Excel / Interest in AI-supported solutions and automation / German and English.
