We are looking for detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to evaluate customer experience at luxury spa locations. The goal of this project is to assess service quality, staff professionalism, and overall guest experience during a standard treatment visit.Review the spa’s website before the visit to understand available services and booking options.
Make a telephone enquiry and booking for a standard facial treatment or massage (up to 60 minutes).
Arrive at the spa early and observe the waiting area and reception environment.
During the visit, allow staff to assess your needs and recommend treatments, rather than requesting a specific service immediately.
Discreetly identify the staff members involved in the experience (via name badges or by politely asking their names).
Observe service quality, professionalism, and overall guest experience throughout the visit.
Take clear photos during the visit where appropriate.
Keep the receipt for reimbursement.
Submit a detailed evaluation report within 24 hours after the visit.
Upload photos and the purchase receipt in order to receive reimbursement.
Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
Ability to follow instructions and remain discreet during the visit.
Reliable internet access to complete reports.
Ability to take clear photos.
