We design, develop and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost-effective. This provides our operators with a decisive edge in highly contested environments.
We’re focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems, not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe, today.

  • Support testing, debugging, and validation of software to ensure stability and performance

Qualifications

  • Strong engineering fundamentals at a conceptual and implementation level
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in C/C++
  • Strong interest in physics, RF systems, or signal processing
  • Understanding of signals, systems, or electromagnetic fundamentals
  • Clear and structured communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • General software engineering, ideally with performance-focused projects
  • RF spectrum, communications, or physics-related coursework
