Job description

You will lead the design and implementation of Omio’s total compensation and benefits strategy.

We’re looking for a strategic Senior Manager to build compensation and benefits frameworks that attract, retain, and engage top talent across Omio Group.

This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Chief People Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape reward practices across a diverse business.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Lead the design, implementation, and day-to-day management of Omio’s global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee experience.

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure total rewards competitiveness across all Omio locations.

  • Maintain accurate compensation structures, salary ranges, bonus frameworks, and equity data.

  • Support annual and off-cycle salary review cycles — prepare data templates, validate inputs, and ensure process integrity.

  • Ensure compliance with local legal requirements (e.g., gender pay gap reporting, UK pension re-enrolment, and upcoming EU Pay Transparency laws).

Benefits & Well-being

  • Oversee implementation and administration of employee benefits across multiple geographies, coordinating with vendors and local HR teams.

  • Review and enhance benefits offerings based on employee feedback and market insights.

  • Support communication and engagement initiatives for benefits, recognition, and well-being programs.

Performance & Reward Alignment

  • Partner with the People team to align rewards with performance management and calibration processes.

  • Provide insights and data to support reward-related decision-making.

People Data & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate HR data in systems (Workday) for reporting and compliance.

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on compensation, benefits, and recognition metrics.

  • Partner with People Ops and Finance to supply reward data for budgeting and workforce planning.

Communication & Enablement

  • Create clear and engaging materials to explain total rewards programs and promote understanding among employees and managers.
