We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Director of Growth to join our Commercial Team at our office in Berlin. Join us in building the largest AI enabled fintech for healthcare!

We are looking for a Director of Growth who turns ambition into structured, capital-efficient execution. Your mandate is to increase high-quality leads and pipeline value, improve acquisition efficiency and reduce CAC, strengthen revenue contribution together with Sales, and build at least two new scalable growth channels from 0 → 1 → scale. This role is 10% strategy and 90% execution. You define direction and you build, test, optimise, and scale. You fully own top-of-funnel growth while sharing responsibility for revenue outcomes with Sales.

Joining us, you will:

  • professionalize and scale existing channels (Partnerships, Performance & Organic and Events)

  • Build at least 2 new growth channels from 0 → 1 → scale by the end of H2 2026

  • Drive capital-efficient growth by reducing CAC and improving pipeline quality

  • Own full performance transparency and reallocate budget to highest-impact levers

  • Lead Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Partnerships directly

  • Connect Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships into one coherent growth system

What you'll bring:

  • minimum of 6 years in growth or commercial leadership

  • Proven 0 → 1 channel building

  • Proven 1 → scale optimisation

  • Strong performance and/or partnership-led growth experience

  • Team leadership experience

This role is not for you if:

  • you prefer strategy over execution

  • you have not built channels hands-on

  • you are uncomfortable being measured on outcomes

  • you are not willing to relocate to Berlin

  • you are looking for a purely brand-focused role
