• Head Office Experience: Dive into the heart of our operations at the Metro Head Office. Gain practical insights, collaborate across units, and build essential cross-functional skills. 
• Aviludo Branch Assignment: Roll up your sleeves and step onto the operations floor. Interact with customers, understand our business from the ground up, and forge connections with fellow employees. 
• Global Exposure: Pack your bags! The third phase takes you to the Head Office of another METRO entity abroad. Immerse yourself in a new environment for 5 months, broadening your horizons. 
• Project Ownership: Each phase comes with a project. Your contributions will shape our business and fuel your personal and professional growth. 
• Customize Your Path: Work closely with your mentor to tailor your journey. Choose the content and duration of assignments that align with your aspirations.
