Job description

Two founders in, one seat left: we're looking for Co-Founder #3 to own the full go-to-market side.

We’re building a new consumer brand in metabolic health.
The category is shifting fast: demand is moving from “wellness” to real outcomes, and consumers want products that feel modern, premium, and trustworthy - not clinical, not gimmicky.

We’re launching in Summer 2026, and we’re looking for a co-founder who will own go-to-market.

Backed by FoodLabs (investors behind HOLY, Ahead, and Reformed & LAP Coffee).

What you’ll do (and own)

Now - build the engine: 

  • Influencer-first growth: find the right creators, build the strategy, negotiate deals, run campaigns, and turn influencer into a repeatable engine (not one-offs).

  • Brand + taste: set the bar for visuals, creative direction, and how we show up across every touchpoint.

  • Content + visibility: build a high-velocity content system (TikTok/Reels/UGC). You can be the face, or build the face + voice - either way, you make it work.

  • Partnerships: create distribution and credibility through smart collaborations (communities, platforms, talent, aligned brands).

  • Organic + community loops: turn attention into trust, retention, referrals, and advocacy.

Later - scale the business: 

  • Own market expansion: new geographies, new retail and distribution channels, new revenue streams

  • Shape the commercial strategy as we grow from brand to business

Who you are

  • High taste, high speed, high standards. You ship, you iterate, you don’t wait for a big team.

  • Commercial mindset. You’re comfortable with numbers and trade-offs.

  • Strong communicator. Writing, taste, and clarity are core skills.

  • Founder energy. Gritty, calm under pressure, and ownership-driven.

  • Sharp aesthetic eye. You recognize great design when you see it - and what actually resonates with the customer.

  • Bonus if you are comfortable with visibility. You could become a public face online (or build the system and talent around it).

You don’t need a perfect resume. We care about judgment, energy, and what you’ve actually built.
