We are currently looking for an ambitious Team Lead for our Retail Media: Skin Care, Make-up & Hair team.

Your Role

  • Lead and develop a team of retail media managers, setting clear objectives, KPIs and overall role expectations.
  • Empower and assist team members to independently plan, coordinate and implement on and offsite marketing campaigns for their supplier brand partners according to contractually agreed marketing investment.
  • Aid team members to develop, present and negotiate marketing strategies in order to generate additional media budget.
  • Forecast and track overall team marketing budget and spend on a monthly and yearly basis in order to reach team and company goals.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams and team leads from Category & Purchasing, Brand, Supply Chain, Marketing, Social Media, etc in order to optimize cross-functional processes and find further monetizable marketing opportunities for our suppliers.
  • Lead your team in using data analysis to optimize and improve our marketing offer as well as advise suppliers on the most ROI maximizing activities. 
  • Conduct regular and consistent performance evaluations, coaching sessions and development plans with your team members in order to further grow and develop their performance and meet career goals. 
  • Identify opportunities with third party providers (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google, Criteo, etc) to build even more attractive performance marketing offers for our suppliers.
  • Stay up to date on the most current happenings in the industry by attending trade and client events, building strong connections with supplier and e-commerce partners.
  • You are in close contact with controlling and accounting to ensure that suppliers adhere to their contractually agreed investments and that all your team’s marketing services are invoiced properly. 

Your Profile:

  • You bring 5–8+ years of experience in Retail Media, digital marketing, or e-commerce, with hands-on expertise across performance channels (e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok)
  • You have proven experience leading a team and know how to drive performance through others
  • You think commercially and data-driven, with experience managing budgets, forecasting spend, and optimizing for ROI and revenue growth
  • You are confident working with senior stakeholders (including C-level) and can influence, challenge, and align across internal and external partners
  • You have a strong ability to develop and sell marketing strategies that unlock additional media investment from partners
  • You collaborate effectively across functions (e.g. Category, Brand, Marketing) and identify opportunities to improve processes and scale impact
  • You bring a structured, ownership-driven working style, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
