We are on the lookout for a Director of BI & Marketing Analytics to join the Marketing team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

BIMA is part of the Global Marketing team,  responsible for central BI and marketing analytics. BIMA’s team mission is to drive marketing actions through data-driven solutions and strategic insights to ensure sustainable growth. We drive strategic projects such as customer segmentation, marketing ROI measurement, CLV, and support C-level in making strategic decisions across all brands and countries.

The Director of BI & Marketing Analytics  will be responsible for leading and optimizing our overall marketing performance and business intelligence strategies through data-driven insights and advanced analytics, covering the full customer lifecycle. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing leads, product, and data science teams to analyze performance, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions to improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement. The ideal candidate combines rigorous analytical thinking with deep marketing analytics expertise and sharp business judgment, with a demonstrated ability to drive sustainable growth in technology-driven companies. This is a global position working closely with our brands in over 70 countries and implementing strategy from our HQ in Berlin.

  • Develop and execute the comprehensive BI & Marketing Analytics (BIMA) strategy aligned with the global marketing strategy, and working closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 20 BI and marketing analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Drive strategic projects, including the implementation and optimisation of ROI, advanced segmentation and CLV, providing actionable insights that span the full customer lifecycle.
  • Lead the development and analysis of the marketing funnel (acquisition & retention) performance to optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Be the source of truth when it comes to design, implement, and leverage advanced analytical techniques, including causal inference methodologies and incrementality testing, to measure the true, causal impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the marketing reporting and visualization effort, KPI frameworks, and reports to measure ROI of marketing spend, and the evolution of the customer base.
