The role
A strategic Mixed Methods User Researcher based in Berlin, responsible for driving end-to-end research for our digital products. You will merge deep qualitative insights with robust quantitative data to directly influence product roadmaps, moving beyond one-off studies to establish continuous discovery loops across the organization.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:
- Design and execute both qualitative (interviews, usability testing) and quantitative research (complex survey design, behavioral analytics).
- Own the entire research lifecycle independently, from scoping and recruiting to synthesis and actionable reporting.
- Leverage modern AI tools for research operations (e.g., data synthesis, transcription, pattern detection, machine readable reporting) to accelerate timelines.
- Translate complex, multi-source data into compelling stories and strategic recommendations for Product, Design, Marketing and Engineering teams, among others.
- Conduct localized, nuanced user research in native German while collaborating seamlessly with global teams in fluent English.
