Job description
You will be part of the SaaS Operating Center which is responsible to ensure stable platform operations of our Avaloq software and products for our clients.
As a Business Analyst in this team, your task will consist of interacting with clients to assure service delivery, analysing customer requirements and solving incidents/issues in productive environment and monitoring to ensure application availability. You will coordinate with the service desk and other delivery units such as L3, project delivery and client management to resolve incidents and problems.
- Follow incident management process end-to-end in a timely manner including triage of incident
- Impact analysis, troubleshooting and involve/co-ordinate with other teams
- High level analysis and consolidation of new client requirements
- Support the development team implementing features by translating business requirements into technical requirements
- UAT Coordination & Support
- Manage end user’s expectation and other relevant stakeholders
- On-boarding of new bank services in service delivery
- Be proactive and contribute new ideas to further improve the quality of our services
