As part of our global business support organization, you will ensure the smooth operation of our business by supporting critical systems across regions. You will coordinate internal and external partners to resolve user issues and deliver solutions aligned with internal standards. Your focus is on creating outstanding internal user satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the point of contact for internal users, ensuring timely issue resolution and clear communication.
- Detect system misuse and improvement opportunities, report findings, and follow through on actions.
- Provide process-oriented training to internal users.
- Support release cycles and organize transitions for new functionality, including data migration, training, and process introduction.
- Specify reports and dashboards for end-user needs across geographies.
- Act as an advocate for high-quality solutions while supporting Digital Business Processes projects.
