Let’s dive right in:- You will lead the upgrade of our overall service partner management framework across EMEA, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy, operational standards, and business targets.
- You will drive the development, evaluation, and continuous optimization of our regional service partner network to enhance service coverage, quality, and business growth.
- You will support the negotiation, implementation, and improvement of long-term framework agreements with strategic service partners, building sustainable cooperation models.
- You will act as a key interface between service operations, technical teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure aligned decisions and effective execution.
- You will work closely with technical teams to define, update, and maintain crucial operational guidance documents, including labor and material definitions.
- You will establish and maintain transparency on partner-related cost structures, supporting analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.

- You bring at least 3 years of experience in service partner management, supplier management, or service operations, ideally with experience working with technical teams.
