- Lead, guide, and develop departmental sourcing representatives across all business units through the entire sourcing lifecycle.
- Establish clear role definitions, delegation-of-authority matrices, and escalation protocols within the decentralized sourcing model.
- Define and maintain a Supplier Management Framework, including onboarding, qualification, risk tiering, and exit procedures.
- Develop and present regular sourcing performance dashboards to senior leadership, including savings, KPIs, and compliance status.

- Hands-on experience working within or alongside ISO-certified management systems.
- Proficiency in sourcing management systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or equivalent).
- Excellent leadership, coaching, change management, and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across a decentralized structure.
