This role combines structured project management with hands-on content execution in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. You will be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives end-to-end, ensuring that campaigns, content production, and cross-functional deliverables are executed with precision and alignment. The position requires a strong ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders across product, compliance, design, and marketing teams. In parallel, you will actively contribute to content creation, editing, and publishing across multiple channels, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic consistency. The environment is highly dynamic, requiring discipline, autonomy, and strong organizational capabilities. You will play a key role in ensuring marketing operations run smoothly while maintaining high-quality communication across digital platforms.
Accountabilities:
- Own and manage the full marketing calendar, ensuring alignment of campaigns, product updates, and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, briefing, production, review, and delivery of marketing assets
- Collaborate with product, compliance, legal, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth cross-functional execution
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare post-campaign performance reports and executive summaries to support data-driven decision-making
- Produce, edit, and publish high-quality content including blogs, announcements, newsletters, and educational materials
- Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, well-structured, and aligned with brand and regulatory standards
- Manage CMS platforms and support content distribution across multiple channels
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, content management, or hybrid marketing roles
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in fast-paced, regulated, or product-driven environments
- Strong understanding of digital products, trading platforms, or financial/digital asset ecosystems
- Excellent written and editorial skills in English with strong attention to detail
- High level of organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Experience working with CMS tools and marketing reporting frameworks
- Process-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities
