Do you want to shape the future of global ports and logistics?
As an entry level Consultant (m/f/d), you will support leading port and terminal operators worldwide in making high-impact commercial decisions – from market strategy to major infrastructure investments. You will be part of our Commercial Excellence Team and work closely with our Sales teams and the other teams in Operations, Data Science and Digitalisation.
What you can expect
- Conduct market analyses and develop traffic forecasts
- Build financial models and develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses
- Analyse port competition and benchmark performance (against peers)
- Support transaction advisory projects (due diligence, PPP, M&A)
- Contribute to feasibility studies, master plans, and business plans
- Work on cross-functional projects bridging Commercial, Operations, and Digitalisation
What you bring to the table
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- First experience in the port and terminal industry
- Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial/analytical thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and a good understanding of clients’ perspectives
- Ideally knowledge in related fields such as data science, digitalisation, port operations or civil engineering
- Fluency in the German and English language, additional languages are a plus
