Job Description :

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join Good one — a trusted performance marketing agency with over 15 years of experience and part of the global Havas network.

In this role, you will help launch, coordinate, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across different online channels. You will work closely with experienced digital marketing specialists and project managers to gain hands-on experience with campaign setup, reporting, analytics, Google Marketing Platform, and programmatic advertising.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Launching and coordinating digital advertising projects, including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
• Preparing campaign reports, tracking results, and analyzing performance data.
• Monitoring campaign KPIs and identifying changes or potential issues.
• Working with Google Marketing Platform and other digital advertising tools (GA4, Lookerstudio, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
• Supporting programmatic media buying processes.
• Helping the team turn campaign data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Working closely with media buyers, strategists, and account teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Learning and applying best practices in digital advertising, analytics, and campaign management.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Curious person that wants to enter a rapidly changing digital marketing field.
• Analytical thinking and a willingness to work with data and numbers.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a responsible approach to work.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Curiosity and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• Interest in digital advertising and motivation to grow in this field.
• Good time management skills and ability to work with multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent Lithuanian and good English skills.
• Curiosity, ambition, and willingness to keep improving.
