DAHER INDUSTRIAL SERVICES GmbH is a member of the DAHER Group and a key player in the aerospace industry. As an industrial services provider, we carry out a wide range of activities. All mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin work on aircraft or aircraft components is carried out on our customers' premises. Every day, almost 170 employees from 20 different nations ensure that we achieve our goals and a high level of customer satisfaction.

High‑impact responsibilities with full ownership as HR-Generalist (all genders) 

  • Operational HR work from hiring to exit, including all related administrative tasks, document management, and works council consultations 

  • Preparatory payroll activities for submission to the external payroll service provider, including clarification of related inquiries 

  • Regular reporting on absence statistics and headcount 

  • Communication with social security institutions and authorities, as well as support during external audits 

  • Advising and supporting employees on HR‑related matters, including employment law and tax-related questions 

  • Managing the onboarding process in collaboration with the Recruiting team 

  • Participation in conceptual and project‑based special tasks (e.g., implementation of HR management software 

 

We are looking for a digitally savvy personality with:  

  • Education & Qualification: Commercial vocational training with further qualification as a Certified HR Generalist (all genders) or a completed bachelor’s degree with an HR focus 

  • Professional Experience: Several years of relevant experience in operational HR, ideally in an industrial environment 

  • Expertise: Solid knowledge of employment law, social security law, and payroll tax law, with confidence in applying these in day‑to‑day HR operations 

  • HR-Systems & Tools: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience working with modern HR software, ideally Workday 

  • Communication: Clear, professional, and respectful communication; understanding of HR as a service‑oriented point of contact for employees and managers 

  • Working Style & Mindset: Structured, independent, and detail‑oriented, with strong prioritization skills 

  • Languages: German at native level; business‑fluent English
