Semiconductor Device and Reliability Expert (f/m/div.)

The Bosch Sensortec ASIC team creates cutting-edge semiconductor solutions for our sensor products. For our hybrid integration of MEMS sensors and semiconductor wafers, we are looking for an experienced CMOS Device and Reliability Engineer to join our team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assessing the impact of the hybrid integration process on CMOS device functionality, performance, and reliability

• Implementing measures, such as reliability models, within the design environment in collaboration with the design support team

• Building a comprehensive, cross-project, and cross-domain knowledge base

• Creating qualification plans for sensor modules, organizing the execution of reliability tests, and evaluating the results

• Performing root cause analysis and problem-solving in the event of issues and failures
