Mechanical Designer

Rsponsibilities:

• Create and develop mechanical design concepts using CAD software, ensuring designs meet project specifications and requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, and performance analysis to validate designs against functional requirements.
• Build and test prototypes to evaluate design effectiveness and make necessary adjustments before final production.
• Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and design reports, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry and plant standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, automation and manufacturing teams, to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Identify design-related problems and devise innovative solutions while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations, conducting regular reviews to confirm compliance.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance design processes, reduce costs, and improve product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and feedback, adapting designs as necessary to meet their expectations.
• Provide guidance and support with peer designers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional development within the team.
