ASIC Test Engineer (m/f/d) - REF6604C

As an ASIC Test engineer (m/f/diverse) for Aumovio ASICs you are responsible for defining and implementing the toplevel test concept of an ASIC based on the analog test concept and the digital test concept.

In close cooperation with the design- and design-for-test team, You develop an ATE test concept and ATE test program for the ASIC that can be used and refined for series production when moving from the development to the production stage.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Responsible for test concepts development for electronic components in serial production based on the module and system level requirements for Automotive application
• Collaboration with worldwide digital and analog design, layout, verification, test and application teams
• Define ATE test concepts and test flow
• Develop, debug, and maintain ATE test programs for wafer sort and final package test
• Validation and verification of implemented test functionality & concepts. Correlate test results between bench/system-level and ATE to ensure measurement accuracy
• Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) to validate new product features
• Setup and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for test concept, test programs, and procedures
• Release ATE test solutions to manufacturing and support ongoing production quality related to test coverage
