We are looking for a Senior Digital Design Manager to take clear ownership of creative performance across paid media. This role sits at the intersection of conceptual creativity, operational leadership, and performance marketing, with a strong focus on structure, decision-making, and scalable impact. 

You will not only execute and optimize creative work, but also anticipate needs, set direction, and proactively drive improvements in quality, speed, and effectiveness. You bring clarity to complex workflows, make confident decisions, and elevate both creative output and operational maturity. 

The ideal candidate is highly structured, proactive, and outcome-driven, with a strong creative point of view, deep paid media design experience, and advanced knowledge of automation platforms such as Smartly. You thrive in fast-paced environments and consistently turn ambiguity into clear plans and results. 

Key Responsibilities 

Creative & Conceptual Ownership 

  • Ensure conceptual development for paid media campaigns from brief to execution. 
  • Proactively define creative directions, frameworks, and solutions. 
  • Translate brand / channel goals and performance insights into scalable creative concepts. 
  • Ensure brand consistency while adapting creative across platforms, audiences, and markets. 
  • Act as a creative decision-maker, confidently guiding stakeholders forward. 
  • Deliver design executions - from ideation to master assets. 

Paid Media & Performance Design 

  • Own end-to-end creative delivery for META, Google Ads, Affiliate, and App campaigns. 
  • Maintain consistently high quality across both concept and execution. 
  • Drive A/B testing, iteration, and optimization based on performance data. 
  • Anticipate campaign needs and prepare assets, templates, and solutions in advance. 

Creative Operations, Planning & Prioritization 

  • Ensure planning, prioritization, and structuring of creative projects. 
  • Reduce complexity through simple, scalable processes and frameworks. 
  • Ensure deliverables are shared clearly, consistently, and outcome-focused. 

Automation & Smartly.io 

  • Own and evolve the creative automation setup in Smartly.io. 
  • Build and maintain modular Figma templates aligned with automation logic. 
  • Manage feeds, conditional rules, and automation logic (e.g. via Google Sheets). 
  • Improve efficiency, scalability, and creative quality through automation. 


Innovation, Enablement & Collaboration 

  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, AI, and process improvement. 
  • Experiment with new tools and translate learnings into practical team solutions. 
  • Work closely with Paid Media, Brand, and cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Provide clear direction, structured feedback, and confident communication.
