- Creates customer-centric communications and the execution of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive customer activation, engagement, and reactivation across the markets
- Sets up manual & automated mailings and push notifications to ensure every touch point aligns with customer needs and supports the strategic vision.
- Leverage state-of-the-art development and testing approaches, combined with modern technology, to ensure that campaigns are constantly improving and meeting business objectives.
- Works with our product, loyalty, marketing, and operations teams, will also ensure that communications are on-brand and impactful.
- Creates engaging and relevant content for direct marketing initiatives to existing customers to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Implementation of Central CRM campaigns (Push Notifications, Newsletters)
- Creating and executing ad booking campaigns based on input from vendors and stakeholders
- Monitors campaign performance to ensure consistency, streamline monitoring and leverage insights for impactful interactions and knowledge sharing
- Benchmarking, providing new ideas for touchpoints in A/B test scenarios
- Aligns with other functions e.g., Campaigns & Promotions, Market representatives, Own Brand Food acceleration, Social Media, Loyalty on CRM activity including best practice sharing with other CRM Campaign managers across markets.
