As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Identify new sellers and assess the relevance of their product portfolio
- Build and manage a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet/exceed ambitious objectives (#sellers and #SKU)
- Support onboarding of ** high-potential sellers
- Identify market opportunities as well as develop and execute growth strategies together with sellers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketplace rollout
- Define processes and operations for new markets
- Drive process optimization and scalability with AI and automation tools
- Act as a role model and actively promote and protect zooplus' values and purpose
