As AI Excellence Manager, you will drive the integration of AI‑powered solutions across the Marketing & Sales department, reporting directly to the Head of AI Excellence.
In this hands‑on, business‑focused role, you will identify high‑impact opportunities, automate commercial processes, and build low‑code AI solutions that translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
You will be part of the Marketing & Sales AI Excellence Hub, a newly established team focused on embedding practical, scalable AI solutions into day‑to‑day commercial workflows.
Your Responsibilities
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with strong delivery ownership. You will:
- Own a prioritized AI use-case backlog for Marketing & Sales and drive delivery in alignment with the Head of AI Excellence
- Design, prototype, and implement AI-enabled workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams for scaling and integration
- Integrate AI capabilities into production workflows by leveraging both our current tool landscape and any additional tools identified as beneficial during the process.

AI Delivery & Automation
- Deliver AI efficiency initiatives end‑to‑end, from problem definition and proof‑of‑concept to scaled, production‑grade solutions.
- Build and deploy low‑code AI solutions (e.g. agents and agentic workflows) using platforms such as Copilot Studio, Google Vertex AI or comparable tools.
- Work closely with AI, Data, Product, Engineering, and IT teams.
Process Analysis & Solution Design
- Identify and prioritise high‑impact AI use cases by working with Marketing & Sales stakeholders on concrete operational pain points.
- Map and analyse end‑to‑end processes to identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Translate business problems into clear solution concepts, workflows, and system requirements; support tool and vendor evaluations where needed.
Measurement, Enablement & Governance
- Define and track metrics to measure adoption, efficiency gains, performance improvements, and cost savings.
- Ensure compliant, secure, and responsible use of AI in line with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
- Support change management and enablement through documentation, playbooks, and targeted training contributions.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond experimentation and shape how AI actually works inside a large, complex commercial organization. For example, you may have previously worked as a Program Manager, Transformation/Change Manager or Automation / Business Lead. Or you may have built and shipped AI-enabled solutions in a highly hands-on environment, and are now looking to apply AI more deeply and systematically across end‑to‑end commercial workflows.
