Solution/ System Architect (f/m/d)

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Shape & develop the digital product portfolio for our VW Brand and Market Customers by identifying potential and improvements to the existing ecosystems.
• Contribute to the product backlog and own the architectural runway of your Agile Release Train (ART).
• Use your expertise and your network into the architects' community to solve problems and to guide the teams of your ART.
• Connect to business, brand, and legal representatives, as well as product and development teams to understand their technical needs and analyze the needs for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and contribute to proofs of concept.
• Driving the development of system and software architectures across cross-functional teams. 
• Integrating security best practices into the development and deployment lifecycle.
• Analyse existing platforms and services w.r.t. necessary changes for creating a benchmark experience.

Qualification requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field
• Broad technology expertise, preferably in the field of data and/or connected services 
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience as lead software developer or lead architect
• Very good practical experience in agile methods such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or comparable frameworks
• Excellent communication and moderation skills in German and English
