Quality Project Team Member

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT

• Define and monitor the quality roadmap to meet customer and company targets.
• Identify risks, prevent issues, and escalate obstacles when needed.
• Track project milestones and ensure quality cost control.

PROCESS COMPLIANCE

• Ensure consistent application of quality standards and critical characteristics.
• Support and challenge the project team to meet quality expectations.

DESIGN AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT

• Integrate new product and process elements into risk analysis and validation.
• Manage changes after design finalization and ensure customer awareness and approval.
• Update documentation and participate in design reviews.

SUPPLIER SUPPORT

• Collaborate with suppliers, purchasing, and quality teams.
• Ensure timely customer approval of initial samples.
• Maintain consistency across quality processes and documentation.
• Track and manage issues using structured problem-solving methods.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in an engineering field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance
• Knowledge of quality methods and tools
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Professional working proficiency in English
