We are recruiting Mystery Shoppers to evaluate the full guest experience at hotel locations. The project includes an overnight stay and a comprehensive assessment of services including dining and hospitality interactions.Book a standard room (room-only rate) through the hotel’s official website.
For Netherlands locations, bookings must be made by phone, and the call must be recorded.
Complete a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast mystery-shopping stay.
Evaluate key stages of the guest experience including:
Keep all itemised receipts for the room, bar, and restaurant purchases.
Submit a detailed report with photos after the stay.
Upload receipts to receive reimbursement.
Excellent observation and reporting skills.
Ability to act naturally and discreetly while evaluating services.
Reliable internet access and ability to submit reports on time.
