What are you going to do?
As a Product Manager, you work autonomously and bring structure to complex, often unstructured inputs. You clearly understand the main objectives and prioritize accordingly, ensuring your team consistently focuses on the highest-value outcomes for customers.
You actively engage with customers, analyze usage data, and translate insights into a coherent and evolving product vision. You are accountable for shaping and continuously refining this vision in alignment with company strategy, especially in a rapidly changing market environment.
The part of the product we are looking for a PM is our service evaluation suite. They are service providers and we want them to be able to understand their teams, improve their performance, learn from what is going on and prevent problems from re-occurring.
This domain requires balancing legacy systems, pre-AI solutions, and emerging AI-driven opportunities. You will need to proactively explore how AI can improve customer experience and outcomes and apply your vision to your part of the product.
Where will you end up?
In our Budapest office! You will collaborate closely with a local cross-functional development team and be part of a dedicated product organization (including UX under the CPO), working closely with a large development department. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and addressed.
