AI Solutions Architect

Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver end-to-end AI solutions, from concept through deployment

• Design systems that integrate AI models into real business workflows (e.g., customer support automation, analytics dashboards, internal tools)

• Define and implement scalable data architectures, including pipelines, storage layers, and APIs

• Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical designs and actionable plans

• Build prototypes and production-ready components using Python, .NET, or TypeScript

• Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability of deployed systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

• Drive technical discussions - challenge assumptions, propose alternatives, and refine ideas

• Identify risks, trade-offs, and constraints early in the design process

• Establish best practices for system design, code quality, and AI integration

• Contribute to decision-making beyond implementation, including architecture and product direction

• Take ownership of deliverables and ensure consistent follow-through on tasks

• Strong analytical thinking and solid problem-solving ability

• Clear and effective communication skills; able to explain ideas and trade-offs in a structured way

• Proficiency in Python, .NET, and TypeScript

• Experience designing or contributing to scalable systems and architectures

• Ability to work with ambiguity and turn loosely defined problems into actionable solutions

• Demonstrates ownership and reliability in completing tasks and responsibilities

• Self-motivated, with a consistent track record of follow-through

• Practical mindset, focused on building solutions that work in real-world environments rather than over-engineering
