🚀 About the company

You’ll be joining a well-established, privately owned tech company (~60 people) building cross-platform software solutions in the .NET ecosystem.

No corporate maze. Instead:

  • Flat hierarchies & fast decisions

  • Direct communication (“first-name culture”)

  • Real ownership and visibility

  • International, collaborative team

This is a place where your work actually matters—and you see the impact.

🎯 Your role

This is not just another QA position.

You’ll take ownership of QA and help shape how quality is built into the product from the ground up.

  • Location: Munich-Unterhaching (main office)

  • Optional offices: Bremen, Dortmund, Hof, Dieburg (on request)

  • Work model: 100% on-site (with very rare exceptions)

  • No travel required

What you’ll do:

  • Design and own test strategies for new features and releases

  • Plan and execute tests across web, desktop, and mobile apps

  • Translate requirements into solid test cases

  • Identify risks, spot weaknesses, and raise the right flags early

  • Build and maintain automated test scripts

  • Establish QA best practices and become the go-to QA expert in the company

✅ What you bring

Must-have:

  • Solid experience in software testing (web, desktop, or mobile)

  • Fluent German and good English

  • Hands-on experience with test automation & test planning

  • Strong C# skills + basic SQL

  • Familiarity with BDD

  • Fluent German (daily working language)

  • Willingness to work on-site in the Munich area

Nice to have:

  • Git / TFS

  • Unit testing experience

  • .NET ecosystem (e.g. MAUI)

  • Good English

🎁 What’s in it for you

  • Real ownership and impact on product quality

  • Close collaboration with development teams

  • 30 days vacation + ½ day on Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve

  • Flexible working hours

  • Training budget (internal & external)

  • Health insurance & pension support

  • Germany ticket subsidy (€50/month)

  • Office perks: fitness room, game room, table tennis, events

  • Free drinks & fresh fruit

  • Easy commute (S-Bahn access + free parking)
