Your mission
- User management in a heterogeneous software landscape
- Device Management (inventory, patch management, configuration)
- Processing support requests (Level 1, 2 and 3 support - editing depending on knowledge level)
- Participation in infrastructure projects (distribution, cloud and network technology)
- Participation in development projects (security, internal applications, Interfaces)
Your profile
- Analytical thinking
- Good Technical understanding
- Good Knowledge of MacOS
- Team skills and self-initiative
- Good communication skills in English
- Ideally own experience in the IT field
