Our Graduate Program - Operations is a great opportunity to start your career in digital finance. Our next cohort starts on 01 October 2026. A 24-month program with multiple rotations ensures broad exposure and in-depth learning across Scalable Capital’s Operations Department.  Rotations will take place within teams such as Payments, Clearing & Settlement, Transfers, and Corporate Actions, providing hands-on insights into the end-to-end operational processes that power brokerage and wealth management.

This approach equips graduates with a well-rounded understanding of brokerage operations, process excellence, and operational risk awareness. The Program further offers:
