About the job:

The position holder is a main contributor to the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the overall Quality System and Project management of EM CHC EULA. As part of the Quality System and Project team, acts as quality leader and first-level escalation to ensure cGxP compliance and minimize the company risk.

Responsibilities:

Quality Systems (50%)

• Implement and maintain quality processes ensuring cGxP and corporate compliance

• Manage Good Documentation Practices and global procedure adherence

• Train end users and administer computerized quality systems

• Organize quality review meetings and present EM CHC EULA KPIs

• Participate in self-inspections and internal quality audits

Project Management (50%)

• Lead assigned projects and change control activities with timely delivery

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder management

• Identify, assess, and communicate project risks

• Report project status and achievements to Project Lead

• Define regulatory strategies and support standardized project workflows

• Ensure GMP compliance for all regulated project activities

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years in food and/or pharmaceutical industry (Quality, Manufacturing, Innovation, or Regulatory)

• Technical Skills: Quality System Management and Project Management expertise

• Industry Knowledge: Practical GMP/HACCP environment experience in pharmaceutical QA, Development, or Production/QC

• Regulatory: Understanding of national/international drug and non drug regulations

• Leadership: Proven ability to establish and maintain GMP and regulatory compliance
