Our young, dynamic and fast-growing office in Netherlands employs 130 consultants and supporting colleagues. We are proud of the family culture within our Amsterdam office. We are creative, dedicated, ambitious, entrepreneurial and passionate - and at the same time social, energetic, open-minded and respectful. We help each other to bring out the best in each other and the best for our clients. Besides our client work, we foster our office culture through many social activities together, from sports and drinks to office trips and celebrations of holidays.

You will drive operations, strategic initiatives, and internal collaboration. You will connect the platform, corporate functions and other practices to foster alignment, collaboration and the exchange of best practices. The role offers a high level of responsibility and entrepreneurial freedom, analytical thinking and proactive ownership.
