Key Responsibilities:

• Ecosystem & Technical Leadership: Leverage your in-depth expertise to identify ecosystem gaps, drive innovation to build up a mature, scalable and future oriented ecosystem. Act as a thought leader and mentor within the ecosystem partner team.
• Marketing and Sales Enablement: Provide strategic guidance to marketing and sales on partner ecosystem value propositions. Translate customer and market requirements into actionable ecosystem improvements.
• Partner Engagement: Own strategic partner relationships and roadmap alignment. Lead ecosystem collaboration discussions with key partners. Support and contribute to partner contracts and legal discussions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaboration across Renesas and partner teams to ensure cohesive, robust, and scalable ecosystem.
• Team Management: Manage and develop the ecosystem partner team, ensuring resource alignment and execution excellence.
