Your Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 20–50 employees within the logistics department
- Coach, train, and motivate your team to ensure performance and development
- Act as the main point of contact for operational and people-related topics
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations
- Collaborate closely with other Team Leads and report to the Shift Lead or Workflow
- Create staff deployment plans for daily operations
- Monitor attendance, breaks, and working hours
