About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for graduates or career starters who are keen to build a long‑term career in sales and business development.
You don’t need previous sales experience - what matters most is your drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn. You’ll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and clear progression opportunities.
Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, humility, and hunger to learn to be part of Quadient, and the drive to not only meet but exceed sales targets. Working closely with our Management team and our Senior Salespeople will give you the opportunity to develop and continue to develop your career in sales. You will learn from the best by working alongside the top performers on the sales team along with sales leadership. What You'll Do:
- Manage inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects
- Generate value for potential customers and booking product demonstration webinars and calls
- Managing prospect expectations and overcoming objections
- Reaching and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings.
- Developing skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role
