THE ROLE
As HR Business Partner for Würzburg and Metzingen, you will work closely with the Area HR Manager, hotel leadership teams, and the wider HR & Talent team to align people strategies with business goals.
You will support hotel teams across the employee lifecycle and help create an engaging and inspiring work environment. From driving HR initiatives to supporting managers and employees, you will be the go-to HR partner for the hotels.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Support hotel leadership teams in all HR-related matters
Act as a strategic partner, working eye-to-eye with General Managers, providing guidance on people strategy and organizational development
Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with overall business goals
Coach and advise managers on leadership, people management, and team development
Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
Contribute to and support budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning workforce planning with business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple hotel sites, ensuring consistent HR standards and practices
Ensure compliance with German labor law and internal HR policies
Oversee onboarding processes and full employee lifecycle administration
Manage HR administration and HR systems (e.g., HiBob or similar) with strong compliance focus
Coordinate and drive learning & development initiatives
Support absenteeism management, sick leave follow-up, and employee well-being
Act as a trusted HR advisor for both employees and management

Background in HR Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field within the hospitality industry.
Proven experience in an HR role such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or HR Advisor
Experience working in a multi-site or matrix organization
Strong understanding of German labor law
Fluent German and English (required)
Frequent travel to regional properties required.
