Within the Operations team, the Junior Data / ML  Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate quality control and delivery of data to the clients. The role ensures that client data is distributed according to contractual agreements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Quality Control

  • Perform quality control checks on client deliverables.
  • Apply changes to dataset using internal platforms.
  • Improve ML training dataset quality.

Data Processing & Analysis

  • Report data deviations by providing trend analysis.
  • Create or update SQL based queries for automated data monitoring.
  • Analyze and suggest improvements for the taxonomy.
  • Work effectively with internal platforms and applications.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Provide timely solutions to delivery-related issues or client ad-hoc requests.
  • Participate in regular brainstorm or retrospective sessions and performance reviews.

Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Promote and adhere to global processes and best practices.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client and internal data.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and productivity targets.

General & Administrative Duties

  • Participate in company-organized training sessions.
  • Report system issues that may impact workflow.
  • Support team, department, and organizational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Education

  • University degree required.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office & MS Outlook
  • Is a plus: general acquaintance with Data Analysis, Machine Learning and Computer Science. 
  • Strong written and spoken English (B1/B2 level).

Business Knowledge

  • Understanding of market and product specifics is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with data processing methods, procedures, and tools.
