We’re seeking someone who is technically strong, thinks in context, looks for solutions instead of excuses, and is enthusiastic about AI and able to use it to work more effectively. 

 

How will you make an impact?

Our product is part of a comprehensive SaaS solution for contact centers. 
We develop channels / adapters that integrate with third-party platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS, etc., and synchronize communication between these services and the rest of our product. 

We manage over 30 integrations across 17 regions worldwide, and our product is used daily by hundreds to thousands of large multinational companies. Reliability, scalability, and the ability to respond quickly are critical for us. Approximately 200 million requests pass through our integrations every day. 

We do not build a monolith. Each adapter has its own repository, which eventually led us to adopt a monorepo approach. Our codebase is intentionally not overly complex, which helps us maintain very low defect rates across teams. We regularly monitor the health of our integrations via Kibana dashboards and aim to fix most issues immediately (the rest are handled based on priority). 

Our product communicates with services such as AWS Kinesis, AWS SQS, and AWS Lambda. We don’t expect you to be an expert in every one of them, but we do expect you to understand their fundamental principles.

• You can clearly articulate technical arguments and collaboratively find the best way to design a feature 

• You are a senior software engineer 

• You are enthusiastic about AI and enjoy being more productive thanks to it 

• You follow Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) and SOLID principles in software development 
• You must be fluent in English, Czech

Hledáme tech. leada do našeho Channels týmu. Hledáme člověka, který je technicky zběhlý, přemýšlí v souvislostech, hledá řešení místo výmluv a je nadšený do AI a dokáže díky tomu fungovat efektivněji. 

Jaké bys měl mít zkušenosti/vlastnosti: 

• Dokážeš rozumě argumentovat a hledat řešení jak danou featuru navrhnout co nejlépe 

• Jsi seniorní vývojář 

• Jsi nadšený do AI a baví Tě být díky tomu efektivnější 

• Při vývoji SW se řídíš Domain‑Driven Design a SOLID principy 

• Musíš umět anglicky 

 

Co děláme: 
Náš produkt je součástí komplexního SaaS řešení pro kontaktní centra. Vyvíjíme channels / adaptéry, které se napojují na třetí strany jako Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS, atd. a synchronizují komunikaci mezi těmito službami a zbytkem produktu. 

Spravujeme více než 30 integrací v 17 regionech po celém světě a náš produkt denně využívají stovky až tisíce velkých nadnárodních společností. Spolehlivost, škálovatelnost a schopnost rychle reagovat jsou pro nás klíčové.  

Nevyvíjíme monolit. Každý adaptér má vlastní repozitář, což nás postupně dovedlo k použití monorepa. Naše codebase není z principu složitá a i díky tomu máme napříč českými týmy velmi nízkou chybovost. Pravidelně sledujeme stav naších integrací v Kibana dashboardu a snažíme se většinu problému opravovat hned (zbytek záleží na prioritě). 

Produkt komunikuje se službami jako AWS Kinesis, AWS SQS nebo AWS Lambda -nepotřebujeme z tebe specialistu na každou z nich, ale očekáváme, že budeš rozumět jejich principům.
