We are looking for a Solutions Architect with a strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central focus to join our IT team in the heart of Copenhagen. You will play a key role in designing and evolving the Business Central solution architecture that underpins our core business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations.

As our application landscape continues to evolve, you will drive the transformation of processes and systems within Business Central, supporting both ongoing optimization and larger change initiatives. You will work closely with a small, hands-on IT team and key business stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable and robust Business Central solutions and ensuring successful delivery from design through go‑live and beyond.

Your responsibilities

• Own and define the solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a core system‑of‑record, and lead its ongoing optimization, stabilization, and further development across the application landscape (ERP, CRM, BI)

• Translate business requirements into architecture and solution designs, prioritizing standard platform capabilities over custom development

• Define the Power BI and analytics architecture

• Define and govern CRM architecture and integrations with Business Central and Power BI, ensuring clear system‑of‑record principles.

• Design and oversee integration patterns (APIs, Power Platform, middleware) to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

• Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles, and non‑functional requirements (security, performance, compliance).

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure aligned and value‑driven solutions.

Your profile

• Master’s degree within computer science, computer engineering or a comparable technical discipline

• 2-5 years’ experience working as a solution architect, solution designer, Business Application consultant or a comparable technical role

• Track record in designing and implementing IT systems in projects, ideally through migration or transformation projects of a certain size and complexity

• Minimum 2-3 years experience working with Business Central on a Consultant level

• Project management skills with a solid understanding of project delivery and the basic principles of both classic and agile project management methods (such as Prince II, SAFe etc.)

• Highly analytical mindset, paired with good consulting and communication skills that enable you to identify and highlight the benefits and consequences of decisions that impact business processes

• Capability to work both independently as well as part of a team with professionals at all levels

• You are a problem solver by heart, passionate about providing service through technology, where you will strive to help your colleagues realize their business goals through IT solutions.

• Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
