Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting the METRO Group corporate applications addressing core business needs like accurate and business relevant customer master data;
- Monitoring & reporting of data flows, in real time, between existing productive systems, meeting specific deadlines;
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues on live production environments;
- Translating customer master data business requirements into technical solutions;
- Assessing, troubleshooting and escalating data related issues to specialized teams when necessary.
