You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
  • Execute the strategy for the customer
  • Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
  • Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

More about this role

Reporting to the Head of Discounters you will be responsible of the whole customers management.

What you need to know about this position:

  • Execute the customer´s strategy in order to maximize the business at top line and bottom line.

  • Build strong relationships with customers in order to reach a high level of account penetration will be key to find and development opportunities.

  • Will be responsible for pricing, motivation & assortment listing and boosting distribution

  • Will be responsible for Promotional Plan and budget control

  • Will be involved in strategic projects.

  • Engage the Organization with the customers. 

  • Dynamic, proactive and “can do” person that will help to Coordinate commercial contacts and liaise with internal stakeholders.

  • The person must be updated with market, consumer, and retailer trends.
     

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial background, experience in managing customers or in areas such as Category Planning, Customer Marketing, Perfect store, will be highly valuable.

  • Fluent in English

  • Fluent in Spanish

  • Deep knowledge of Spanish market

  • Strategic Business Acumen

  • Used to work under pressure.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills 

  • Financials skills and Analytical mindset

  • Results oriented and Customer focus

  • Planning skills
