Mattel Poland is looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join our Team based in Warsaw. Reporting to the Associate Manager Customer Fulfillment, this role will be responsible for managing customer orders, serving as the first point of contact for supply chain queries, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Proactive and timely liaison with customers regarding status of assigned area orders
Being first point of contact for Supply Chain queries and improvements
Oversight and validation of Domestic order processing (entered and allocated by 3rd party), ensuring accuracy, overall coordination, and alignment with customer ship dates and monthly sales targets
Support team to resolve claims
Effective and timely liaison with other departments to fulfill duties especially sales, Customer finance, distribution center, planning and 3rd parties Transportation Management (TMS)
Propose & lead selected department improvement initiatives
Reporting & Collaborating with internal teams responsible for stock management on inventory analysis and control, including monitoring stock levels, replenishing orders, and verifying overall stock availability
Communication & Meetings
Work closely with local sales and marketing teams
Look for opportunities for process improvement
