Warehouse Ops Excellence Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Excellence Coordinator to join our dynamic warehouse and logistics team. The successful candidate will lead and facilitate process improvement projects using Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement operational excellence strategies across the warehouse and logistics operations. 

• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business goals. 

• Utilize data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement robust solutions. 

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive ongoing improvement efforts. 

• Manage and influence stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery of process improvement initiatives. 

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team. 

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a "Safety First" culture. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a solid understanding of operations and inventory management. 

• Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. 

• Comprehensive understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively. 

• Experience with ERP systems and project management techniques. 

• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations. 

• Excellent English skills, communicative German. 

Wir suchen eine hochmotivierte und erfahrenen Operational Excellence Coordinatorin zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen Warehouse- und Logistikteams.
Die erfolgreiche Kandidatin bzw. der erfolgreiche Kandidat übernimmt die Leitung und Moderation von Prozessverbesserungsprojekten unter Einsatz von Lean- und weiteren Continuous-Improvement-Methoden, um die operative Effizienz und Effektivität nachhaltig zu steigern.

Kernaufgaben:

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Operational-Excellence-Strategien innerhalb der Warehouse- und Logistikprozesse
• Führung und Beeinflussung funktionsübergreifender Teams zur Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen und zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
• Analyse von Daten zur Identifikation von Ursachen für Ineffizienzen und Implementierung nachhaltiger Lösungen
• Etablierung und Überwachung relevanter Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) zur Messung und Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen
• Steuerung und aktives Management von Stakeholdern zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungsinitiativen
• Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und operativen Exzellenz im Team
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie Förderung einer „Safety-First“-Kultur

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten:

• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einem Warehouse- oder Logistikumfeld mit fundiertem Verständnis operativer Abläufe und des Bestandsmanagements
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Einsatz von Daten zur Entscheidungsfindung
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams zu führen und zu motivieren
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Lean, Six Sigma sowie weiteren Continuous-Improvement-Methoden
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben effizient zu managen und Prioritäten effektiv zu setzen
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie Projektmanagementmethoden
• Kenntnisse der geltenden Arbeitssicherheitsstandards und -vorschriften
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, kommunikative Deutschkenntnisse
